You're invited to spend your afternoon with us for our exclusive Flexe x ELEVATE event. Your ticket includes a 50-minute Reformer flow, nourishing brunch & coffee and a carefully curated gift bag.

Enjoy a dynamic Reformer class, designed to challenge, strengthen and lengthen the whole body. The class is suitable for all levels with optional progressions and modifications. We'll offer hands-on support to ensure you get the most out of your session.

Between the classes, enjoy a wholesome brunch prepared by a local catering partner, featuring vibrant, nourishing dishes paired with your choice of coffee or matcha. Take time to unwind, connect, and socialise with the Flexe and ELEVATE community.
