Welcome to Flexe Pilates

Founded in 2025, Flexe Pilates was created to be an inclusive, welcoming and empowering space where everyone can move, grow and feel their best, no matter your age, gender or previous movement experience. We offer a range of group Reformer and Tower classes for all levels, alongside private sessions designed to help you get the most out of your practice.

I began my journey as a mat instructor in 2023 and have since become comprehensively trained across all Pilates apparatus, including the chair, trapeze table and ladder barrel.

What started as a personal passion has grown into a thriving studio, now home to a team of eight instructors teaching seven days a week. We’re passionate about the transformative power of Pilates and are excited to share that journey with you.

Whether you’re completely new to Pilates, recovering from injury, building strength and flexibility, or looking to elevate your training, there’s something here for you.

What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout performed on a specialised apparatus designed to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination—all while working under spring resistance. This versatile equipment offers support, feedback, and assistance throughout your workout, helping you feel empowered and accomplished after every session.
