Welcome to Flexe Pilates
Founded in 2025, Flexe Pilates was created to be an inclusive, welcoming and empowering space where everyone can move, grow and feel their best, no matter your age, gender or previous movement experience.
We’ve evolved from just a Reformer studio to now a professionally equipped studio offering Reformer, Tower and equipment classes suitable for all ages, levels and abilities.
We offer a range of levelled group classes, alongside private sessions which are designed for you to get the most out of your practice. Our team are experienced working with a range of different conditions, injuries and medical conditions, using the equipment to assist and support.
I began my journey as a mat instructor in 2023 and have since become comprehensively trained across all Pilates apparatus, including the chair, trapeze table and ladder barrel.
What started as a personal passion has grown into a thriving studio, now home to a team of eight instructors teaching seven days a week. We’re passionate about the transformative power of Pilates and are excited to share that journey with you.
Whether you’re completely new to Pilates, recovering from injury, building strength and flexibility, or looking to elevate your training, there’s something here for you.

What is Reformer Pilates?
