Studio owner and lead instructor at the studio, Jess has a true passion for movement with years of experience in the industry both teaching and running studios. Her teaching is high-quality, inclusive and progressive and spends time getting to know each and every client on a personal level. Jess is committed to helping people move better but also find a genuine love for Pilates, whether they are at the start of their journey or looking to develop a deeper understanding of their bodies.

Dani

Dani is a Reformer Pilates and yoga teacher with a passion for helping people move better and feel stronger in their bodies. Her own movement journey - which includes reformer Pilates, yoga, and Lagree - has been transformative, and she brings that first-hand experience of progress and discovery to every class she teaches.

With a background that spans the corporate world and the wellness space, Dani understands the demands of busy modern life and creates sessions that are both purposeful and accessible. Whether you're stepping onto the reformer for the first time or looking to deepen your practice, her classes offer a supportive, energising space to grow.

Freya

Ruby

Ruby is a Reformer Pilates instructor with a strong background in fitness and wellness. Her passion for Reformer Pilates stems from a long-held desire to work with people, helping them feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to themselves, both physically and mentally.

She believes movement is about more than just exercise; it's dedicated time to invest in your body, your wellbeing, and your mind. Her classes are designed to provide a balanced and supportive challenge, combining energetic bursts of movement with calm, mindful beginnings and finishes.

Creating a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment is at the heart of Ruby's teaching style. She encourages clients to challenge themselves, discover what their bodies are capable of, and move with intention. Every class is an opportunity to build strength, boost confidence, and leave feeling recharged.

Kim

Kim is a Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor, passionate about creating safe and inclusive spaces for all. Her classes focus on alignment and deepening the connection between the mind and the body to allow more thoughtful and intentional movement so expect to hear the phrase ‘slow the movement down’ a lot!


Always bringing movement back to the core principles of Pilates from a Mat Pilates background but still creating fun and dynamic classes to challenge and excite you through different movement styles. 

Hebe

Hebe is a professional dancer turned Pilates instructor specialising in Mat, Reformer, Chair and Tower Pilates. She enjoys watching people discover movement and how it can help their body, mentality and physically. Her teaching style is warm and approachable, while still delivering challenging, dynamic sessions designed to build strength, encouraging clients to push themselves while building strength, balance, and confidence.

Kelly

Kelly discovered Pilates while managing her own pain and hypermobility, and it completely transformed the way she moved and lived. Now a comprehensively trained instructor across all Pilates apparatus, she is passionate about helping others experience that same sense of strength, freedom, and possibility.

Her teaching style is thoughtful, dynamic, and centred on working with the body each client has today, with a focus on feeling good, moving well, and enjoying the process. Kelly also mentors trainee instructors, supporting them through exam preparation and helping them deepen their understanding of the Pilates equipment.

Justine

With 17 years of teaching experience, Justine was trained in the classical style of Pilates for both mat and equipment. She believes Pilates is a lifelong journey that helps rehabilitate the body, build strength, create length, and move with greater confidence and ease. For Justine, Pilates is more than just exercise, it's a way of life. Her passion is supporting and encouraging clients to trust and believe in their bodies, helping them discover what they are capable of. She also teaches yoga, which she believes beautifully complements her Pilates practice.

Alicia

Alicia completed her contemporary Pilates training in Bristol before expanding her teaching experience in leading Pilates studios in Dubai, where she spent 14 months working with a diverse range of clients and refining her approach to movement. She has a genuine passion for the Reformer and its unique ability to both challenge and support the body.

Her teaching style blends strong technical foundations with creative, dynamic flows that build strength, control, and confidence. With a focus on mindful movement, precision, and positive energy, Alicia strives to create classes that are both effective and enjoyable, leaving clients feeling stronger, more connected, and empowered through movement.

Freya is a Pilates teacher who loves helping people feel stronger, more confident and more at home in their bodies. She is trained across mat, reformer, chair, ladder barrel and tower/Cadillac, as well as pre and postnatal Pilates.

Having taught studio classes, private clients and corporate wellbeing in London, Freya is now based in North Somerset, teaching both in person and online. Her classes are strong, flowing and varied, with a focus on good technique, control and making movement enjoyable. She likes to challenge her clients while making sure they feel supported, whatever their experience or ability.

For Freya, Pilates is about helping people understand their bodies and feel confident in what they can do. She wants clients to leave feeling like they have worked hard, moved well and, most importantly, feel stronger in their body.

Ellie

Ellie, our Studio Assistant here at Flexe, is the backbone of the studio, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and ensuring every client feels welcomed from first contact.

With a background in executive support, marketing and business development, Ellie brings a wealth of experience. After leaving her corporate career to start her own VA business, she now enjoys supporting small, purpose-led businesses and being part of the Flexe team.

Outside of the studio, Ellie has a genuine love for Pilates and the way movement can help you feel stronger, more confident and more connected to your body. You’ll often find her in one of your Flexe classes!
