Tower classes offer a completely different movement experience to Reformer, using spring resistance on a vertical frame to combine matwork with added support and challenge.
They’re ideal for improving spinal mobility and flexibility, while also helping you master movements like the roll up and teaser with greater control. Expect a full body workout with a strong focus on core strength, balance and muscular endurance, plus some of the best stretches in Pilates.
You’ll recognise exercises like bridging, feet in straps, short spine, swan and teaser, but they’ll feel entirely different on the Tower, making it a powerful complement to your Reformer practice.
